Affiliate program representatives ("Managers") may claim, register, and submit information about their programs for publication. Webmasters and other visitors may browse the directory to evaluate affiliate programs.

By submitting content (including questionnaire answers, logos, and program details), you grant Adior a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and in related promotional materials. You represent that you own or have the right to submit this content, including any trademarks or logos.
Adior is a directory and marketing platform. Listing an affiliate program does not constitute an endorsement, and Adior does not verify the legality, licensing, or fairness of any listed program in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a listed program.
The Site contains links to third-party affiliate programs and operators. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party sites.
All Site content not submitted by Managers (including design, text, and branding) is owned by Adior or its licensors. Trademarks and logos submitted by Managers remain the property of their respective owners.
The Site and directory are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on directory content.
You agree to indemnify and hold Adior harmless from claims arising out of your submitted content or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or remove a listing at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
